Quality Standards
The Centre is a fully accredited Day Procedure Hospital licensed with the NSW Health Department, and as such fully complies with the licensing guidelines set out by the Department of Health, including infection control, maintenance of professional standards and safety.
In addition the Centre is ISO 9002 accredited which is an international Quality Management System, used to achieve and maintain excellence in the delivery of patient care.
The performance of Bondi Junction Endoscopy Centre is constantly monitored and compared to other hospitals by the Benchmark Performance Indicators Program.
Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires are offered to all patients on discharge and the noted suggestions both positive and negative are reviewed at our Management Review Committee meetings.
